A CHEEKY FALL C0CKTAIL MENU

Perfect for a night with your girlfriends or a double date with your parents. Pick based on flavor or mood; we promise you can’t go wrong! 

SHENANIGANS

1.5 oz. pomegranate juice
1.5 oz. tequila
1 oz. triple sec
Juice from ½ a lime
Soda water for topping
Orange for garnish

Remove seeds from pomegranate and muddle in the bottom of a cocktail shaker, strain the juice and clean out the seeds.

Add tequila, triple sec, lime juice, pomegranate juice, and ice, shake till combined.

Salt the rim of your glass (if you would like to) and pour over ice. 

Garnish with an orange slice and top with soda water.

IT'S CASUAL

1.5 oz tequila
Juice from ½ a lemon
½ oz of simple syrup
1 egg white
3 drops of aromatic bitters
Mint leaves for garnish

Combine tequila, lemon juice, and egg white in a cocktail shaker and shake.

Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake again. Pour into a glass.

Add 3 drops of aromatic bitters and garnish with mint leaves.

A LITTLE MOODY

1.5 oz whisky
Juice from ½ a lemon
1 tbsp. of honey
1 cup of hot water
Star anise and orange slice for garnish

Heat orange slice on high heat in a cast iron skillet until charred. 

Combine all ingredients in a heat resistant glass and stir.

Garnish with star annice and charred orange slice.

WEEKDAY LEISURE

1.5 oz. vodka or gin
Juice from 1 blood orange or orange
½ oz. rosemary simple syrup Soda water for topping
Rosemary sprig for garnish 

Combine vodka, blood orange juice, simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake till combined.

Pour into a glass, top with soda water and garnish with a rosemary sprig.

To make rosemary simple syrup: Combine 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar, and a few sprigs of rosemary in a pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1-2 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and allow rosemare to steep in liquid for 30 minutes or so. Keep in the fridge.
